Job Description:

• Assists agents in obtaining appointments with carriers
• Assists agents with staying current with state licensing by tracking information and sending reminder notices
• Assists agents with staying current with LTC training for Health products by tracking information and sending reminder notices
• Assists with Agent of Record Changes for Fixed Policies
• Provides guidance regarding state license and carrier specific requirements
• Assists agents in updating their contact information, such as address or phone number, with the appointment carriers
